With your email and your reservation code (it appears in the purchase confirmation email). Check the SPAM folder
*Only available if you have selected the cancellation option during the purchase process.
The tickets are ready to use. There is no need to print them, they can be scanned from your smartphone.

Instructions
Enter the email used to make your reservation and your reservation code and press ACCESS. The reservation code is available in the confirmation email and on the completion page of your purchase. If you do not know your reservation code, press the button, I DO NOT HAVE A RESERVATION CODE and we will resend you the email with your download link and your reservation code.
On the ticket management page you can manage (download or cancel*) all the tickets for all the products added to the same purchase. Click on the GENERATE AND DOWNLOAD button to generate and download the tickets.
If you have selected the cancellation option during the purchase, you will be able to cancel the tickets before they are generated. Press the CANCEL RESERVATION button. The tickets will not be generated nor will you be able to download them later (you will have to make a new purchase) and you will receive a refund for your purchase within the next 24 hours (working days).
ATTENTION: Once you click the GENERATE AND DOWNLOAD button, you will no longer be able to cancel the reservation.
When do I generate the ticket?
- Tickets without cancellation option: Once the purchase is completed, the tickets are ready to be generated.
- Tickets with cancellation option: We recommend that you wait a few hours before the time of first use. Make sure you have coverage on your device so that the generation and download of tickets is not hindered for technical reasons.
Please note that:
- Once generated, tickets cannot be cancelled.
- The average time for ticket generation by the system is between 2 and 5 minutes.
