The duration of the cruise is approximately one hour and ten minutes.

*The company that manages the service is free to modify or cancel the indicated times for justified reasons (inclement weather, flooding of the Seine, etc.).

Is it necessary to make a reservation for the sightseeing cruises?
No, it is not mandatory to book for the cruise, as long as there are fewer than 150 people.

Where can I buy photos taken before or during the cruise?
For cruises, you can buy your photos on the quay as soon as you return with the ship.

Where do departures and arrivals take place?
Our embarkation and disembarkation pier is the Port de la Conférence located on the Pont du Alma, on the right bank. Our clients can park their vehicles in the car park or take advantage of the many public transport options nearby.

Are there any stops during cruises?
No, the cruise takes 1h10 without stops, with departure and return at the Port de la Conférence, Pont du Alma, on the right bank.

Are animals allowed on board?
No, hygiene and safety regulations on ships prohibit us from accepting animals on board except in the case of guide dogs for the blind.

How to cross the roundabout to visit the Arc de Triomphe?
Don’t cross like crazy and use the stairs on the north side of the Champs Elysees that connect you with pedestrian tunnels that will take you to the entrance of the arch.

Due to official ceremonies or adverse weather conditions, the Arc de Triomphe may be partially or completely closed on an exceptional basis. These schedule changes are indicated on the monument’s website.

Staircase with 284 steps to access the terrace. Elevator available for those who need it, without prior reservation.
Maximum luggage allowed: 40x40x20cm.
There is no luggage storage.
Strollers are not allowed inside the monument. However, it is possible to leave them with the access control officers and collect them at the end of the visit.
Dogs are not allowed, except for guide dogs for the visually impaired.
Objects prohibited in the monument: flags, banners, selfie sticks, tripods, scooters, skates, sharp objects, glass bottles, weapons.

The Moulin Rouge, the most famous Parisian cabaret, is located in the Montmartre district of Paris, at the foot of the Sacré Coeur. It opened its doors in 1889 and today offers a large-format revue – Féérie.

With 4 main rooms spread over 4 levels, from the roof terrace at the foot of the Moulin Rouge to the concert hall, La Machine du Moulin Rouge is full of life, day and night.

The Moulin Rouge troupe of dancers is made up of 80 international artists with training in classical dance.

The show takes place every day at 9pm and 11pm.

Dinner is available from 7pm.

Do you know where the name Moulin Rouge comes from?
The top of Montmartre, with its elevated position, used to be crowned by numerous windmills. They regularly appear in the works of iconic painters such as Renoir, Van Gogh and Utrillo. The Moulin Rouge pays homage to this tradition.

What time should I arrive at the Moulin Rouge?
To welcome you in the best conditions, the doors of the Moulin Rouge will open 1h15 before the start of the show.

For a “dinner show at 7pm”, please arrive from 6.45pm. It ends at 11pm.
For the “9pm show”, please arrive from 8.15pm. It ends at 11pm.
For the “11pm show”, please arrive from 10.45pm. The show starts at 11.30pm.

The doors will close 10 minutes before the start of the show.

In order not to disrupt the smooth running of the show, entry may be refused to persons arriving at the entrance to the Moulin Rouge after the doors have closed. Entry will not be permitted once the show has started and no refunds will be made.

I don’t have a table number, where will I sit in the theatre?
The seating plan is prepared every day to provide you with the best possible service, which explains why we cannot inform you of your table number in advance*.

The Moulin Rouge does not have a fixed seating plan and it is not possible to reserve a specific place. However, all of our tables offer an unobstructed view of the stage and the revue!

When you arrive at our establishment, our Maître will accompany you to your table.

*with the exception of the special event on December 31st.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?
In accordance with the provisions of article 221-28 12° of the French consumer code, the Client has no right of withdrawal. The ticket issued for the Service cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. Thus, if the Client cancels his Reservation, the price paid by the Client will be retained by the Moulin Rouge as compensation.

If the Service is cancelled by the Moulin Rouge, you will receive a refund.

What is the minimum age to attend the Moulin Rouge show?
Our show is intergenerational. Children aged six (6) or older may attend the show, accompanied by an adult.

Please note that the “Féérie” revue includes topless passages.

What is the appropriate dress code?
Smart attire is required (tie and jacket not required): no shorts, no shorts, no flip flops, no running shoes, no sportswear and no open shoes for Gentlemen.

We will ask you to remove your hat or cap when entering the venue.

Is there a cloakroom?
Yes. This service costs €2 per item purchased.

It is highly recommended for coats.

Backpacks, handbags, and other items are not included.

Bags and other bulky luggage, except small handbags, will not be accepted inside the theatre or in the cloakroom.

Are animals allowed?
Animals are not accepted in the Moulin Rouge establishment, except guide dogs for blind people or assistance dogs, assistance dogs for people with a disability card and priority cards for people with disabilities, in accordance with current regulations.
